Axia Bridge was founded by Jane Donnelly, a recruitment professional with thirty years of experience placing people across sectors and borders, and someone who made the move to Australia herself.
She arrived on a four-year employer sponsorship visa. Became a permanent resident. Became an Australian citizen. And then, after over a decade of building a life and career there, returned to the UK, with a level of first-hand knowledge about the Australian system that very few people anywhere can match.
She's seen the international career move from every angle. As a recruiter placing UK and Irish professionals into new countries. As an employer hiring across borders. And as someone who actually packed up a life in one hemisphere and started again in another.
